Alaska Birch Breakfast Syrup is a rare and delicious treat from Alaska's Boreal Forest. Each spring, sap is collected from the birch trees on a local homestead along the Kahiltna River, in the shadow of Denali. The breakfast syrup blend is spicy-sweet with the distinctive, yet mild, flavor of birch.

Pairs beautifully with sourdough pancakes, cooked with winter squash or poured over ice cream. Many uses of this fine syrup have yet to be discovered.
